The Arena: turning stress relief into a game worth winning

Motivation is unreliable. Systems are not. The Arena is the part of Partnexa that makes the boring, repeatable actions feel like they count on the days when nothing else does.
Coins
You earn coins for actions that matter, not for opening the app:
- Completing a logged session
- Finishing a restore or breathing session
- Hitting a habit for the day
- Completing a weekly count habit
- Finishing a block review
Coin values are tuned so consistency out-earns intensity. Someone doing five modest sessions a week will out-earn someone who does one enormous one.
Games
Short, light multiplayer games designed to interrupt a stress spiral rather than start a new addiction — reaction, memory, pattern and breath-paced games, most of them under three minutes. You can play solo or against another member.
Wins pay coins. Losses pay a little too, because the point is playing when you're wound up, not winning.
Seasons and the board
Seasons run in 30-day cycles. The leaderboard shows coins earned this season, so it resets often enough that a bad month never locks you out. There's a global board and a crew board — most people care far more about the crew one.
At the end of each season, top earners are entered into a prize draw.
About the draw
Entry is free. Coins earned through ordinary use enter you automatically, and there's always a free alternate method of entry — no purchase is necessary, and buying Pro does not increase your odds of winning. Full terms live on the sweepstakes page, and eligibility is limited to US residents of legal age.
If a reward system makes you train when you shouldn't, it's badly designed. Arena coins are capped daily so grinding doesn't beat recovering.
Why gamify recovery, specifically
Because recovery is the thing people skip. Training has built-in feedback — you feel it. Three minutes of breathing feels like nothing at the time. Coins give that action a visible, immediate consequence until the real benefit shows up a few weeks later.
