Members earn coins for real work: sessions logged, readiness check-ins, restore minutes, journal entries and head-to-head games. Coins convert into entries for the season draw. No purchase is necessary and a purchase does not improve your chance of winning.

Enter the current season draw without a membership or any coins. One free entry per person per season.
Official rules summary
- Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older. Void where prohibited.
- No purchase necessary. A purchase or paid membership will not increase your chances of winning. The free entry form above carries the same weight as one coin-earned entry.
- Entry period. Each season runs for the dates shown above. Entries must be received before the season end date at 11:59pm ET.
- How to earn entries. Members earn coins for logged training, recovery, journaling, habits, Circle participation and Arena games. Coins convert into entries at the published rate, capped per season.
- Winner selection. One or more winners are selected at random from all valid entries within seven days of the season ending, and notified by email. If a winner does not respond within seven days, an alternate is drawn.
- Prize. The prize is as described for the current season and has no cash alternative unless stated. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
- Conduct. Coins earned through automation, duplicate accounts or falsified logs are void, and the account may be removed from the Arena.
