Not medical advice

Programs, exercises, breathwork scripts, recovery plans and any targets shown in the app are general education. They are not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or personalised medical, physiotherapy or psychological advice.

Talk to a professional first

Check with a qualified clinician before starting, especially if you are pregnant or postpartum, have a heart or blood-pressure condition, are recovering from injury or surgery, have a chronic illness, or are returning after a long layoff.

Train within your limits

Stop immediately if you feel chest pain, dizziness, faintness, severe shortness of breath or sharp joint pain, and seek medical attention. Every exercise in the library has easier and harder variations — use them. Load, range and pace are always your call.

Breathwork safety

Breathing techniques can cause light-headedness. Practise seated or lying down, never while driving or in water, and stop if you feel unwell. If you live with a respiratory condition, panic disorder, or a history of trauma, get professional guidance before using breath holds.

Mental health

The stress-relief tools support everyday stress. They are not crisis care. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away. In the US you can call or text 988.

Your responsibility

By using Partnexa you accept that you train at your own risk. See the terms of service for the full agreement.
