Privacy Policy

Account data: your email address, display name and the members you add to your household.

Training data: programs you enrol in, sessions you log, sets, weights, reps, rest, effort scores and notes.

Wellbeing data: habit check-ins, journal entries, mood, breathwork sessions and before/after stress ratings.

Preferences: reminder times, training days, notification channels and timezone.

Only to run the product for you: building your schedule, calculating progress and streaks, sending the reminders you asked for, and keeping your household's data separated per member. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your journal or health entries for advertising.

Every row in our database is protected by row-level access rules tied to your account. Members of your own household can see the shared household views (challenges, the year map, the family score). Journal entries and stress check-ins stay with the member who wrote them.

We use infrastructure providers for hosting, the database, authentication and email delivery. They process data on our instructions only. Payment details are handled entirely by our payment provider — card numbers never reach Partnexa's servers.

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Delete your account from Settings and your profile, members, logs, journal entries and preferences are removed. Backups age out on a rolling basis.

From Settings you can export everything we hold about you as a JSON file, change your email or password, turn reminders off, and permanently delete your account and all of its data. If you are in a region with additional rights (for example the EU or California), those requests are handled the same way.

Household members can include children, but the account itself must be created and managed by an adult. Children do not create their own logins.
